What format will be used for sessions?
Each session will be done via Zoom. Make sure to check your junk mail for emails that may show up there.

When will sessions be?
Main sessions will be one Monday each month at 5pm PST and one Thursday each month at 9am PST. In addition, there will be a 15 minute engaging prayer session at different times each month. Then a guided meditation for those in Premier.

Is there interaction outside of sessions?
Yes, there is a private Facebook group for those in Basic and a Telegram channel in addition for those in Premier.

Absolutely! If you miss a session, you can easily catch up with unlimited access to replays.
