Laughter has incredible ways to replace pharmaceuticals in our lives. One of my loves in life is gut busting laughter, which is so helpful in so many ways.

Years ago, I did stand up comedy in lots of different places...churches, bars, clubs, and coffeeshops. It was a lot of fun and I learned so much.

This Red Rocket Comedy Special is the first comedy show I have done in years. I hope you enjoy it and find yourself laughing where snorts begin to come out.
